We accept four types of payment for our services; cash, personal check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or debit card.

We also accept reimbursements from selected insurance providers. Please complete the insurance information in the New Patient Welcome Form and give it to receptionist ten minutes before your scheduled appointment time. The administrator will discuss the information on your form prior to your appointment and answer any questions that you might have.
